Hey Exofarmers. After two years, our deal with Microsoft is ending and Lightyear Frontier will be leaving Game Pass on March 15th 2026.
It’s been a great ride, and we would not have been able to make Lightyear Frontier without Microsoft’s help!
To everyone who’s played the game on Xbox, thank you! We hope you’ve enjoyed it and that you’ll stick around as we keep developing the game. Lightyear Frontier will still be available on Xbox, and will keep being supported with updates and patches. Nothing will change there.
Staying on Game Pass or not is unfortunately not something we have control over, but we want to do what we can for all you Game Pass players. To help with the transition, Lightyear Frontier will be going on sale on the Microsoft Store. From March 10th – March 23rd, you’ll be able to save 40% on Lightyear Frontier and the Supporter Pack: Pioneer Bundle.
We’ll see you out there in the stars, Exofarmers!
